This is a wonderful place for a nice dinner. I ordered to go and everything was quick and easy. However my only issue was the three item bento, its a rip off in my opinion. I got beef teriyaki, salmon and sashimi. However there was like four strips of beef, with the slamon steak and four sashimi. I totally understand the salmon and sashimi but four slices of beef was ridiculous. Also it was COLD... Ill order everything else except the bento...
Came here for dinner. The hours of operation is half an hour earlier so I felt rushed while eating. The food is decent for Japanese. The ambiance was casual and it was clean.

Stopped by for a lunch for a party of 12. Everything we ate was so yummy! We tried the vegan caterpillar roll which was super yummy with a good crunch. I got the una don which was so yummy! The unagi was so delicious and a pretty big portion!
I ate here for the very first time with my friend last Friday after work. I hadn't eaten here at Westlake Shopping Center in quite a while, so it was a real treat for me to have dinner here at Spiral. I ordered the Unagi Fried Rice because I really love eel. I don't remember what my friend ordered, but it came with fresh slices of salmon, tuna and octopus. We were both pretty hungry, so ordered us 3 orders of the California Roll Sushi (6 pieces per order), so we had 18 pieces of sushi. My Unagi Fried Rice was very moist and packed with flavor. My friend really liked his dish as well. The California Roll Sushi was prepared just right and we both really enjoyed them. The free tea was very nice as well. The restaurant was very clean, had a very relaxing atmosphere and not very busy when we arrived there. The servers and the manager were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place if ever you visit Westlake Shopping Center in Daly City.
